Our wide choice of living space goes from single furnished rooms
with en suite facilities to two bedroom self-contained apartments.
All our rooms are fully furnished with a range of furniture to make
the accommodation liveable from the moment you walk in… just
bring your suitcase and bedding!
Honey End Lane has a buzzer entry/security system to all rooms and
a communal launderette serving all residents with full (coin operated)
washing and drying facilities
Single rooms with en suite facilities and shared communal
living
• Four single en suite rooms form a ‘cluster’
with their own communal kitchen and dining area – providing
a perfect opportunity for you to meet new friends with shared work
experiences
• Single rooms typically include: single bed with under storage,
bedside table, easy chair, study desk, chair & lamp, wardrobe,
blinds, wall mounted bookshelf & pin board, telephone line (telephone
connection and line rental is not included within the monthly cost)
• The en suite facilities include low-level WC, wash hand
basin & shower
• The kitchen area is fully equipped with maple wall &
base units, oven & hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster,
kettle and a range of utensils, crockery and other equipment.
• The communal area also includes a formal dining area and
an informal zone with sofa, easy chairs, coffee table and TV (TVs
in individual rooms will need personal TV licences)

• The two bed apartments are self-contained and fully
furnished
Our service to you as a resident
All residents will receive a twice yearly newsletter detailing
specific information in relation to their accommodation and supporting
services
There are regular ‘feedback’ meetings for residents
to air their views on all accommodation matters directly to the
A2 Housing Group team
