The cost of living at Honey End Lane is all inclusive and very affordable, convenient and of very high quality. One bedroom en suite rooms cost £415.27 per calendar month and our two bedroom self-contained apartments are charged at £934.35 per month. Both charges are inclusive of all utilities (gas, water and electricity) but exclude Council Tax.

Deposits

New residents are required to pay a deposit equal to one month's rent. This is due on arrival and may be paid by UK debit card (credit cards not accepted), sterling cheque (drawn on a UK bank) or, for employees of BHCT Trust who are paid directly by the Trust, by deduction from salary.

Understanding our rental structure… a simple all inclusive cost

In general, accommodation at Honey End Lane is rented on an ‘Assured Shorthold Tenancy’ basis. Typically, the initial agreement is for six months, with one month’s notice given by the resident when they want to move on. The monthly rent includes maintenance, major repair, cleaning and lighting of communal stairwells and outside areas and administration charges.
